A Faded Cage The inspiration for this piece is my fondness of playing piano and that the music lines on the page "trap" the players but they are breaking free through music. All of the notes on the staff are written in the correct time signature and they correspond with the title of the piece.	Colored City the inspiration for this piece is a street-artist named Banksy. I thought his use of silhouettes on interesting backgrounds was a cool combination and I tried to emulate that in my piece.
